The Central Kentucky Apartment Association (CKAA) became an affiliate of the National Apartment Association in 1973 and has proudly served Central and Eastern Kentucky for the past 52 years.
We are an Educational and Legislative Trade Association dedicated to the apartment industry. Our members include Owners & Management Companies, Property Managers and their teams, and Associate Suppliers providing essential products & services.
